Delivering a Digital Brochure That Converts

Flow Office’s old website was difficult to update and didn’t reflect the quality of their brand. As specialists in office design and installation, they needed a modern, easy-to-manage site that acted as a digital brochure, highlighting their outstanding projects and attracting new clients.

Overcoming the Challenges

Flow Office’s previous website had several limitations:

Hard to Update

Restricting content growth and campaign responsiveness.

Limited Visual Impact

Not reflecting the high quality of their office design projects.

Lacked Key Conversion Tools

Case studies, testimonials, and virtual tours.

The challenge was to modernise the site, improve usability, and position Flow Office as a premium service provider, all while maintaining smooth operations during development. Keeping the old site trading while the new one is built is standard practice for our web design team.

From the team
Thomas Rose
“Flow Office was a smooth, fun build to take on. The colour scheme we chose allowed easy contrast, and Flow Office's fantastic imagery lent itself to an appealing, satisfying site. This, combined with the curve vectors, really brought the whole project together and showcased their brand. Unlike other sites, we then integrated Matterport designs to showcase 3D renders of their office installations.”

Our Approach

1

Designing for Impact

We created two Figma mock-ups for Flow Office to review, covering the homepage, service pages, and about page. Unused design ideas were repurposed for blog and case study templates to maximise value and highlight completed projects effectively.

2

Developing a Flexible Platform

The website was built in a staging environment to keep the old site live during development. Using Divi, we created custom presets for recurring modules, enabling easy future edits and consistent styling across all pages.

3

Adding Visual Depth

We replaced placeholder images with high-quality photos from recent projects and integrated Matterport virtual walkthroughs. Pop-up videos and case study templates provided interactive ways to showcase Flow Office’s expertise.

4

Feedback and Launch

We implemented Feedbucket for in-page feedback, allowing Flow Office to provide precise comments and revisions. After adjustments and an SEO audit to preserve rankings, the site was launched, fully functional and aligned with their premium brand identity.

Results That Speak for Themselves

The redesigned website elevated Flow Office’s online presence, delivering:

Showcased Expertise

Case studies, client testimonials, and virtual walkthroughs highlight Flow’s premium service.

Improved User Engagement

Pop-up videos and Matterport integrations create interactive, immersive experiences.

Simplified Management

Custom presets in Divi make future edits and additions quick and straightforward.

Enhanced Credibility

Integration of Google Reviews and structured content builds trust and encourages enquiries.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a new website take?

It depends on the scope. Our builds have run from a single day for a focused site, to six weeks for a rebrand and rebuild, to three months for a larger project. We will give you a date at the start and keep you posted at every stage.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. We build on WordPress, so you can change text, images and pages without touching code. If you would rather not, our team can manage the site and optimise its performance, navigation, responsiveness and layout for you.

Do you host the website as well?

We do. Your hosting provider affects your site speed and features, so we offer flexible hosting at varying packages to meet different budgets and needs.

What happens after the website goes live?

We keep analysing the site so we can optimise it, adjust its features as the industry moves and handle maintenance issues. You get visual and video reports showing how the page is performing, and we use that to advise on what to do next.
